I was so pleased with the indoor screen that I ordered and I immediately ordered this screen for my outside fireplace. When it arrived, I noticed that there was a hole in the screen and the screening was irregular in several places. I called customer service and explained the problem and was told that a replacement screen would be sent out asap as soon as a new screen could be inspected for flaws and that I would receive a return label for the flawed screen. Everything went according to plan and UPS picked up the old screen when the perfect new screen arrived. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Overstock!
